PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Local recruiting of specific competences is very difficult in several regions in Europe. Finding a local job for specific competences is sometimes impossible in several regions in Europe

Cultural differences, such as language, behaviour, social life, and even landscape, currently are barriers of exchanging staff between European regions. By identifying the central criteria of successful interregional exchange a match between different European regions can be realized.

The result will be an open data based dynamic map of European regions, to offer jobs to unemployed persons and enhance the success rate of long term employment by better enculturation prerequisites

• Identify criteria of success for interregional recruiting processes
• Develop strategies to match success criteria based on European open data sources
• Develop usable innovative as well as robust applications with algorithms to search analyze and match data
• Outline a dynamic RegioMatch-Network-Map connecting regions with the highest matching rates
• Develop automated selection applications for specific branches
• Offer a scalable service application for big companies (e.g. licence) and SME (e.g. software-as-a-service)
• Option to develop a global RegioMatchSystem
