Our Department (Corvinus University of Budapest, Faculty of Food Science, Department of Applied Chemistry) would like to express an interest to collaborate with international partners and participate in the Horizon 2020 project. The following call would be interesting for us:
H2020-SFS-2014-2015: Biological contamination of crops and the food chain.
We offer expertise in the following areas:
– accredited analytical background for the analysis of foods and food related matrices (HPLC-UV, HPLC-ESI-MS, GC-MS) for contaminants
– experience with mycotoxin analysis and research (HPLC-ESI-QTOF-MS)
– direct access to organic and conventional crop production facilities (within university)
– direct access to national collection of microorganisms (within faculty)
– direct access to controlled atmospheric storage facilities (within faculty)
